Jonathan Leskie, Presbyterian Church in Harpersfield. Recorded 17 FEB 1816 by J.R. Hawley, Clerk. 1820, 1830 & 1840 Census: Geneva, Ashtabula Co. lists Otis or O. Johnson with 5, 5 and 6 "children" at home, respectively. Based upon age calculations of children's sex and ages, the unknowns are added. 1850 census: Geneva, Ashtabula Co., Ohio (very pale and difficult to read - need to check Indy and Ft. Wayne for better copy) lists Otis 61-NY and Margaret 59-NY with Lydia, 28-OH, Marian 18-OH, Margaret 16-OH, S--?-- Gaylord 65-NY-insane and Otis 8-OH. Levi and Eunice Johnson with 6 children (Gracia 10, Martha 8, Julia 6, Charles W. 4, Glenda? 2, and Alice? 8/12) are listed adjacent to Otis, Samuel (32-OH) and _?_ Johnson [This presumed to be the second son of Otis?] are adjacent to Levi. Dorcus & Martin Johnson are adjacent to Samuel. 1860 census: Geneva, Ashtabula Co., OH lists Margaret Johnson 68-CT with L.G. 43-OH and Eunice 43-OH Johnson with 5 children - Martha E. 17, Julia L. 15, C.W. 13, Almedia 11, and E.P. 4.
