This Memoir links the father of Henry Knox, as William Knox of Boston and as a fellow member of the Church of Presbyterian Strangers. His marriage is also listed in the Book of Baptisms and Marriages.

The same William Knox was associated with John Harper in a land purchase from the Town of Boston in 1737.
